TeraWulf: 3 Key Takeaways for Long-Term Investors

November 7, 2026 · by TPW Pipeline

On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Nov. 6, 2026, TeraWulf (WULF +12.80%) announced that third-quarter revenue reached $76.2 million as high-performance computing leases, which supply facility space and power for intensive data tasks, drove top-line growth. Converting contracted electrical power capacity into operational data centers generates recurring cash flows for long-term holders.

Three things management said stand out.

1. Operational Megawatts Drive Cash Flow Growth

Management is converting constructed power capacity into active computing infrastructure at its Lake Mariner site to build recurring leasing revenue.

Contracted megawatts are becoming operating megawatts. Operating megawatts are becoming revenue. And revenue is becoming cash flow.
— Nazar Khan, Chief Technology Officer

2. Investment-Grade Backstops Protect Project Returns

To secure efficient project-level borrowing for large data center builds, management requires investment-grade credit support before committing capital.

We have to have investment grade support so that the cost of capital is efficient for us and that we create durable equity value when we sign leases.
— Patrick Fleury, Chief Financial Officer

3. Dilution Discipline Dictates Lease Selection

Management refuses to issue new equity at depressed market valuations to fund expansion and chooses instead to negotiate contract terms that preserve returns.

Just as importantly, we are not going to sign a lease that forces us to issue equity at a valuation we do not believe reflects the value of the company.
— Paul Prager, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Looking Ahead

Demand for deliverable electrical power remains high across the sector, and the leadership team isn’t hiding its focus on execution. Control over permitted land, turnkey construction agreements, and investment-grade credit support give the company structural advantages as it expands.

Demand is robust. Deliverable power remains scarce. We have the sites; We have the capital; Have the customers. And the management team that has demonstrated that we can execute.
— Paul Prager, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

By prioritizing long-term leases with strict capital discipline, the business aims to convert scarce access to power into lasting shareholder value.

Securing scarce power building critical infrastructure around it, contracting it intelligently, and executing. That focus will never change.
— Paul Prager, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
