Quantum Metric Rolls Out Voice of Customer Tooling Aimed at Turning Feedback Into Action

Digital experience analytics firm Quantum Metric has introduced a new product, Quantum Metric VoC, that the company says is designed to bridge a longstanding divide in enterprise customer experience programs: the gap between collecting customer feedback and actually doing something with it.

The offering connects direct customer feedback with behavioral data, allowing enterprises to not only hear what customers are saying but also see the underlying digital journeys behind those comments. According to the company, the goal is to help organizations understand, prioritize, and resolve customer issues in real time rather than letting feedback sit in a separate system from behavioral analytics.

Why the “listening” gap matters

Many large enterprises already run voice-of-customer programs — surveys, ratings, review prompts, and other feedback channels — but those signals often live apart from the behavioral analytics teams use to monitor websites and apps. The result, Quantum Metric argues, is that companies can identify that satisfaction scores are slipping without being able to pinpoint the friction in a checkout flow, a login process, or a mobile feature that caused it.

By unifying survey responses and other feedback with session-level behavioral data, the new product aims to give teams a shared context for diagnosing problems. That could shorten the path from a customer complaint to an engineering fix, and help product and support teams prioritize which issues have the widest business impact.

A competitive corner of the market

Quantum Metric operates in a crowded field of digital experience and product analytics vendors, several of which have been folding feedback capture into broader behavioral platforms. The launch reflects a broader industry trend: rather than treating voice-of-customer as a standalone discipline, vendors are increasingly embedding it alongside analytics so that qualitative signals and quantitative behavior can be analyzed together.

For enterprises, the pitch is operational efficiency — fewer tools, faster root-cause analysis, and a clearer line of sight from customer sentiment to concrete product changes. Whether that resonates will depend on how well the integration performs in practice compared with stitching together separate feedback and analytics platforms.

Quantum Metric is a privately held company, and no financial terms or pricing details were disclosed in the announcement. It is distinct from Quantum Corporation, the publicly traded data management company that trades under the ticker QMCO.
