Bond Partners With Watson Realty to Roll Out AI-Driven Personal Safety Platform Across Real Estate Workforce

Bond Partners With Watson Realty to Roll Out AI-Driven Personal Safety Platform Across Real Estate Workforce

Personal security technology firm Bond has entered into a partnership with Watson Realty Corp., the Florida- and Georgia-based residential brokerage, to make Bond’s AI-powered preventative safety platform a companywide standard for Watson’s agents. The arrangement, announced this week, covers operations in the United States and extends to international markets as the two companies look to address safety risks that have long accompanied real estate work.

Watson Realty, which has operated for more than six decades across its home markets, will deploy Bond’s preventative personal security offering for every agent across the brokerage. Real estate professionals routinely meet unfamiliar clients at vacant properties and work evening and weekend showings alone — conditions that have made agent safety a persistent concern for brokerages and industry associations alike. Bond’s platform is designed to anticipate and deter threats before they escalate, rather than simply respond to incidents after the fact.

The deal positions Bond to use a large, established brokerage as a proving ground for broader adoption across the real estate sector, both domestically and abroad. Brokerage-wide deployments of safety technology remain relatively uncommon in an industry dominated by independent contractors and franchise networks, making the Watson agreement a notable test of whether personal security services can be standardized at scale.

The announcement lands amid growing investor and enterprise interest in AI-enabled security services. Established technology providers have been building out security-adjacent capabilities as well — IBM, whose shares traded at $234.89 on Thursday, up 0.4% from a previous close of $233.96 and valuing the company at roughly $219.92 billion, offers managed security and consulting services through its Information Technology Services business. The presence of large incumbents underscores how crowded and competitive the security technology landscape has become for smaller specialist firms like Bond seeking vertical-market traction.

For Watson Realty, the move adds a differentiator in agent recruitment and retention at a time when brokerages are competing for talent in a challenging housing market. For Bond, a named deployment across a decades-old brokerage provides a reference customer that could accelerate conversations with other regional and national real estate firms.

Neither company’s release detailed financial terms or the timeline for the full rollout of the platform across Watson’s agent base.
