Employees from some of the world’s most prominent artificial intelligence laboratories have issued a collective statement to the United States government, calling for stronger coordination regarding the development of frontier AI systems. Signatories include staff from Alphabet Inc. and Microsoft Corporation, alongside personnel from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Thinking Machines, and Mistral.

The statement emphasizes the dual nature of advanced AI, acknowledging its potential to create a significantly better future while warning that such an outcome is not guaranteed.
